1. Eligibility and Approval
Applicants must provide accurate contact information and describe how they intend to promote KlutchJa Organics products. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. KlutchJa Organics may approve, reject, suspend, or remove an affiliate at its discretion.
2. Affiliate Conduct and Disclosures
Affiliates must represent the brand honestly and professionally. Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn a commission when sharing referral links, discount codes, sponsored content, or product recommendations. Promotions must not include misleading claims, offensive content, spam, fake reviews, unauthorized discounts, or any statement that suggests medical, therapeutic, or guaranteed results unless KlutchJa Organics has approved the claim in writing.
3. Referral Links and Tracking
Approved affiliates receive referral links or codes for tracking eligible sales. Tracking depends on cookies, referral parameters, customer browser settings, and order attribution rules. KlutchJa Organics is not responsible for commissions lost because of blocked cookies, expired tracking windows, incorrect links, or customer actions outside the affiliate link flow.
4. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are earned only on valid, completed orders that are attributed to an approved affiliate and accepted under the active affiliate program. Commission rates, eligible products, cookie duration, hold periods, and payout thresholds may vary by program and may change over time.
5. Exclusions and Reversals
Commissions may be declined, cancelled, or reversed for cancelled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, duplicate tracking, wholesale orders, manually adjusted orders, or activity that violates these terms. Affiliates may not purchase through their own referral links to earn commission.
6. Payouts, Taxes, and Disputes
Payouts are reviewed monthly. Approved commissions are eligible for payout once the affiliate balance reaches JMD $1,000. Commissions are held for a 30-day validation period before approval, then paid during the next monthly payout run, normally between the 5th and 10th of the month. Balances below JMD $1,000 roll over to the next payout cycle. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for handling any taxes, duties, reporting, or other obligations connected to their affiliate earnings. International affiliates are responsible for any currency conversion costs, wire transfer fees, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, payment processor fees, taxes, duties, or local reporting obligations connected to their payout. KlutchJa Organics pays the approved commission amount, but the final amount received may be lower after third-party fees or exchange-rate conversion. Affiliates may choose store credit where available to avoid some bank transfer or conversion fees. KlutchJa Organics may delay or reject a payout request while reviewing order validity, fraud risk, refund risk, or incomplete payment information. Any commission or payout dispute must be reported within 30 days of the relevant commission, payout, or account statement becoming visible to the affiliate.
7. Brand Assets and Intellectual Property
KlutchJa Organics names, logos, product images, copy, and other brand assets remain the property of KlutchJa Organics. Affiliates may use approved brand materials only for promoting the program and must stop using them immediately if their affiliate status ends.
8. Advertising and Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for following all laws, platform rules, advertising guidelines, disclosure requirements, and tax obligations that apply to their promotions and earnings. Affiliates must receive written approval before running paid ads, using KlutchJa Organics brand terms in search ads, creating official-looking pages or accounts, using company logos in advertising, or directing users through domains that could be confused with KlutchJa Organics.
9. Inactivity, Suspension, and Termination
KlutchJa Organics may review, suspend, or terminate an affiliate account for policy violations, no tracked clicks or sales for six consecutive months, fraud concerns, brand misuse, abusive behavior, or any conduct that may harm customers or the company. Unpaid commissions connected to prohibited activity may be forfeited.
